Well Equal Design will do our very best to make sure that you are happy with your products and services, but there are times when you may need that little extra support. Often it is quicker to try things yourself than to call someone out to help. Therefore we have introduced this support page to give you assistance on the things that you may need help with.

The FAQs are some of the most frequently asked questions that we are asked about our products and services and is a good place to start if you are having any problems.

Being gradually introduced here are the Video Tutorials pages.  These provide you a visual guide as to how to manage your website on screen so you know exactly what you are doing.  The video tutorials have been split into two categories to make finding the ones you want easier:

• eCommerce Site Tutorials

If you have an eComerce site, the tutorials in the CMS section may also be of use when editing the pages and news section of your site.
