Equal Design believe firmly in client involvement from the initial idea to the site being published and available on the internet. We like to work closely with our clients allowing then as little or as much input as they like. All websites that are produced by Equal Design are made using the process below:

Client Consultation

The first step of the web site process is to meet with the client. It is at this stage you would state your aims of their website, and we can brainstorm solutions and content. Layout and look is also discussed at this stage.

Proposal

Once we have met you and have a number of ideas to work with, Equal Design will provide the client with a detailed proposal of the ideas we think will work best for you. This proposal will include screenshots on the site design, special features for your site and of course the final cost of the website.

Contract and Approve

Once the proposal is agreed upon a contract is signed and Equal Design will start to produce your site to the specifications you approved.

Website Build

This is the stage were Equal Design get to work on your website. The graphics that are needed are created and the pages of your site are constructed. Usually you can view our progress on your website, and of course offer ideas and suggestions with things you want changing.

Client Evaluation

Once the website is completed and uploaded to the internet you can then review the site, evaluate it and get back to us on any changes that you may wish to make.

Finishing Touches

Any changes or suggestions that you have outlined are addressed and the website is then finished and ready for use on the internet.

Maintenance

Should you wish for Equal Design to continue with the updating and maintaining your website then a package can be discussed this point for us to do that. However choosing a content management system should easily enable you to keep on top of your own site.
